  • Film welcoming children back to school!

    Tue 26 May 2020

We have made a short film based around our vision which highlights some of the changes which have taken place recently at Valley. We hope this will help the children who are returning to feel a little more prepared and it may help you as parents discuss with your children some of the changes. For those children who are not returning immediately but will be when the time is right, we hope it is a nice opportunity to start preparing them for this alongside reminding them of the many good times we have had at Valley fulfilling our vision and enjoying our learning earlier this year!

This can be found in the video resource centre under the children’s section of click here for a short cut...

  • Government Announcement

    Sun 10 May 2020

📣Following the announcement by the Prime Minister this evening, we expect to receive further clarification from the DFE and LA on how we should accept more pupils into school safely. 📣

Please be advised that we have received the information at the same time as the nation. We will notify you once guidance has been released and School leaders and Governors are able to make informed decisions about arrangements and confirm plans for our phased reopening at Valley. This is so we can keep pupils, staff and all our families safe by adopting a sensible, well planned approach to measures announced.

School arrangements will remain as they have been in previous weeks as guidance is unchanged- Key workers only.

Home learning will continue for pupils who are staying safe staying home.
