Power of Reading - The Iron Man
Year 4 have enjoyed beginning their new text The Iron Man and completing Power of Reading Activities linked to this. They especially enjoyed their drama work to help them understand the text. Here is a short clip showing one groups work.

Our Book Swap as part of National Library Week
GXXtra Choral Workshop with our local schools.
This week some of our children from year 4 and 5 went to Coppice school for a Choral workshop. They aspired to learn 6 songs from the musical Oliver. The children thoroughly enjoyed the morning and challenged themselves to perform their medley to the parents at the end of the morning. Well done children, you did Valley proud!!!
