Feel Good Friday will feel even better if you complete these challenges.
The Brain Booster will help you to look after your Mental Health and the Curious Challenge encourages you to get outdoors and use your thinking skills. It is just as important for us to look after our brains and thoughts as it is to look after our bodies.
Each week there is a Deeper Thinking Question that we will discuss in school. Use some time on the Friday afternoon or the weekend to think about your answer. Remember to ask your grown-ups what they would say!
Complete as many challenges as you can for the chance to become a Mental Health Champion. Any pictures or activities should be uploaded to Teams for your teachers to see.
