GDPR Information

The rules around data protection changed in May 2018. The ‘General Data Protection Regulation’ (GDPR) changed how we can use personal data and keep it safe. It also strengthened individual rights over their own data. The point of this is to make sure sensitive or private information about an individual stays safe.

Further details on GDPR can be obtained by contacting our school office who will put you in touch with our Clerk to Governors, Claire Hawkes, who will contact our Data Protection Officer if necessary.

Key GDPR Policies are available on the School Policies page and provide further detail on the implementation of GDPR at Valley.
