Science Day has been linked to our Green Curriculum. We planted corn seeds in small pots that we will look after and harvest to eat in the summer. We thought about the meals we would like to make with our sweet corn!

We talked about ‘wonky fruit and veg’ and how just because food looks different, it can still taste just as good. We ate some fruit and vegetables that looked a little bit different and compared how they tasted.

We learnt about how moths camouflage themselves from predators to keep safe and coloured our own moths to see if they would blend in with the tree.
