On World Book Day, Reception enjoyed learning about the author and illustrator Rebecca Cobb.  We read the stories, The Something, Lunchtime and There’s a Tiger on the Train. We noticed that Rebecca Cobb likes to use the same characters in her books and we had fun spotting them in the books we read. We then created drawings of what we thought may have been in the hole underground from the story ‘The Something’ and even chose our own characters that we would like to meet on a train!
