We have been exploring two fascinating periods of history: the Maya civilisation and the Anglo-Saxons. After investigating daily life, beliefs, writing systems, food, and societal structures, then we created our own beautifully presented comparison books.

Each book showcases thoughtful research, clear historical understanding, and creative presentation. We worked like real historians—asking questions, analysing evidence, and highlighting similarities and differences between two very different cultures.

The finished books are a fantastic celebration of curiosity and hard work, and we were proud to share our knowledge with classmates and staff.
