In English, Year 3 have just started reading our exciting new story 'Mouse, Bird, Snake, Wolf'. We will be writing a setting description set in a forest, using the text as inspiration. We imagined the character Little Ben walking through a forest, and thought about everything he would be able to see, hear, smell and feel. We chose awesome adjective pairs and then described Ben's journey to our partners, adding in some adverbials of place and time to add depth to our descriptions.
