This week we explored sand and seashells. We used our senses of touch and smell to investigate the different textures and scents, describing what the sand and shells felt and smelled like. We also listened carefully to see if we could hear the sound of the waves. The children had a wonderful time exploring the shells, making discoveries, and enjoying sensory play in the soft sand. It was a fun and engaging experience that encouraged curiosity, language development, and sensory exploration.
