On Thursday, we celebrated Eid in Nursery. We learnt all about Eid and the importance of this festival for Muslims. Mrs Shabir showed us some photos of the other children celebrating their Eid day. We watched a video which showed a Muslim family preparing and celebrating Eid. We then had different activities to enjoy. Some of us enjoyed dressing up in the traditional Asian clothes. We had henna patterns, eid colouring and role-playing. We had a lot of fun learning about Eid and the importance of it for Muslims.
