As part of our Art unit for 'Towers and Turrets'  Year 1 have enjoyed exploring Paul Klee's famous artwork called 'Castle and Sun'. We have enjoyed identifying colours, lines and shapes used within his own artwork. We then imitated some of his artwork by creating different repeating patterns and practised developing our own cutting skills. We look forward to creating our own collages next week.
