After learning about length and mass, we today have started to learn about volume and capacity.  In our lesson, we thought about which container had the greatest capacity and tried to prove it by filling the containers with water. 

Then, we considered volume, asking questions such as 'Which jug is full? Is it empty? Is the cup half full?'
