Feel Good Friday will feel even better if you complete these challenges.
The Brain Booster will help you to look after your Mental Health and the Curious Challenge encourages you to get outdoors and use your thinking skills. It is just as important for us to look after our brains and thoughts as it is to look after our bodies.
After each activity, there is also a thought provoking question aimed at testing our thinking skills and helping us to exercise our imaginations! Remember to ask your grown-ups what they would say too!
Complete as many challenges as you can and become a Mental Health Champion. Any pictures or activities should be uploaded to Teams or brought into school the following Friday for your teachers to see.
